Ethics is the application of morality. In other words, it's not enough for a REALTOR to know right from wrong, a REALTOR MUST always DO what is right.

In this day and age, ethics is more important than ever and more lacking than ever. It is critical to do business with an ethical REALTOR because he/she represents you in the transaction. More importantly, a REALTOR protects you from unscrupulous players and dangerous situations.

A fiduciary doesn't just do what is right, a fiduciary does what is right for his/her client first and foremost.

The dictionary defines a fiduciary as: " A person or organization that acts on behalf of another person or persons, putting their clients' interest ahead of their own, with a duty to preserve good faith and trust. Being a fiduciary thus requires being bound both legally and ethically to act in the other's best interests. "
